Gigadat Casino Login: the sign-ins that actually matter

Gigadat doesn't give players a username or password. It's the payment company behind the Interac® button at many casinos, so the logins you need belong to the casino, your bank and your own inbox.

There's no Gigadat login for players

Gigadat's website has no player sign-in, and there's no Gigadat app in the Canadian App Store. Three other accounts do all the work.

Never type your passwords on a third-party site

This page has no login box, and that's deliberate. No guide, review site or comparison page needs your casino password or your banking password, and that includes this one. If a site that isn't your casino or your bank asks you to sign in, close the tab.

Guard your bank password hardest. During an Interac e-Transfer® deposit the casino never sees it: you type it into your own bank's site or app, and Gigadat only receives the transfer.

Gigadat's website has no player sign-in, so a page offering you a "Gigadat login" is a warning sign, not a shortcut.

Where you log in during a deposit

A Gigadat deposit uses two logins in a row: the casino, then your bank. Here is the plain Interac e-Transfer® route:

  1. 1

Log in to the casino and open the cashier. Choose Interac e-Transfer® and an amount.

  2. 2

Read the window that opens. It shows the recipient (Gigadat), the email address or phone number to send to, the amount and a unique ID.

  3. 3

Sign in to your bank the way you always do: your banking app, a bookmark or the address typed yourself. The casino window never asks for your bank login.

  4. 4

Send the transfer with the unique ID in the message field. That ID is how Gigadat matches the money to your casino account, so paste it exactly.

  5. 5

If your bank asks for a security question, use the answer from the casino window. The question can be anything; the answer must match exactly.

On a phone, copy the ID before you switch to your banking app.

The Request Money route

Choose Interac e-Transfer® Request Money and an amount, then confirm your email and mobile number. You'll get an email or text that reads "Interac e-Transfer®: Gigadat sent you a request for money", with the option to select your financial institution or decline.

Selecting your bank opens your bank's login page: the one moment where a link leads to a password box, so slow down. Sign in, choose the account and confirm; you can email or print the receipt before returning to the casino.

Before you type your bank password

  • Check the address bar. It should show your bank's real web address, spelled correctly.

  • Check the request. It should name Gigadat and match the amount you just chose.

  • If anything looks off, don't sign in. Contact your bank or the casino first.

Messages Gigadat sends you

Much "login" confusion is really about a message you were expecting. These are the ones Gigadat describes in its FAQ; none asks you to sign in to Gigadat.

Message What it is and how it reaches you When
Request Money request Email or text reading "Interac e-Transfer®: Gigadat sent you a request for money", with a choice of bank or decline After you confirm; 48-hour window
Withdrawal confirmation Email confirming that your withdrawal request was received Once the request is received
Security answer Texted from short code 387263 and emailed, separately from the confirmation When the payout is processed
Interac e-Transfer® notification (standard payout) The payout itself, which you deposit into your bank (automatically if you use Autodeposit) Typically by the next business day
Real-time payout Same notification, processed 24/7, weekends included 15–30 min typical

Login problems that are really payment problems

If you went looking for a Gigadat login because money hasn't shown up, signing in somewhere won't fix it. These are the usual causes in Gigadat's FAQ.

Wrong email or phonePayout

If your casino profile is out of date, the transfer is cancelled, automatically or by Gigadat, and the money returns to the casino. Fix your profile, then ask the casino to cancel and restart the withdrawal.

Three wrong answersPayout

Three incorrect security answers cancel the e-Transfer and send the funds back to the casino. Submit a new withdrawal request, and copy and paste the answer this time.

Request expiredDeposit

A Request Money deposit expires if it isn't completed within 48 hours of being started, and the casino can also cancel one. Start a fresh request from the cashier.

Held by your bankDeposit

Some banks temporarily hold a Request Money payment even after you've accepted it, so your casino balance doesn't move. Gigadat's advice is to contact your bank and ask it to release the funds.

No security answerPayout

Check the email and mobile number in your casino profile, then your spam folder. Autodeposit at your bank removes the security question altogether.

Track it yourselfTracking

Gigadat's tool at gigadatsolutions.com/e-transfer-status works from the ID in the Message section of your e-Transfer. There's nothing to sign in to.

The fix starts with the casino or your bank, where you actually hold an account. Gigadat also offers support 24/7 in English and French.

Keep your casino login safe

Your casino account holds your balance, your withdrawal requests and usually the ID documents you uploaded for verification.

It also holds the email and mobile number your payouts and security answers go to. Anyone who gets in could change them, so protect it like a banking login, and never give it the same password as your bank.

Six habits that keep it yours

  • Use a unique password and a password manager. Never reuse your email or banking password.

  • Turn on two-factor authentication wherever the casino offers it, so a stolen password isn't enough on its own.

  • Never share banking credentials with a casino, a support agent or anyone else. Payments happen inside your bank.

  • Only trust security texts from 387263. Ignore links from any other number or email.

  • Log out on shared devices, and don't let a browser that other people use save your casino password.

  • Watch for look-alikes. Phishing pages copy logos and use addresses one letter off. Use a bookmark.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a Gigadat casino login?

No. Gigadat Solutions Inc. is a payment processor, and its website has no player sign-in. You log in to the casino to deposit or request a withdrawal, and to your own bank to send or accept the Interac e-Transfer®. Treat any page offering a player "Gigadat login" with suspicion.

Do I give the casino my bank password?

Never. With an e-Transfer deposit you sign in to your own online banking and send the money yourself. With Request Money, the link takes you to your bank's own login page. A casino, a support agent or a site like this one should never ask for your banking password.

Why didn't my security answer arrive?

Gigadat sends it when the withdrawal is processed, by text from short code 387263 and by email. If it's missing, check the email and mobile number in your casino profile, then your spam folder. Autodeposit at your bank skips the question entirely.

I entered the wrong answer three times. Now what?

The e-Transfer is cancelled as a security measure and the money goes back to the casino. Log in to your casino account and submit a new withdrawal request. When the new answer arrives, copy and paste it instead of retyping it.

Can I log in to Gigadat to see my payment status?

There's no account to log in to, and you don't need one. Gigadat's tracking tool at gigadatsolutions.com/e-transfer-status works from the ID in the Message section of your e-Transfer. For a withdrawal the casino hasn't sent yet, check your casino account.

Play responsibly.

Gambling should stay entertainment, not income. Your bank's e-Transfer limit is not a budget, so set a deposit limit inside the casino account too. If it stops being fun, free and confidential help is available across Canada:
